In 2012, while attending a mission interest meeting at Liberty University, Dustin Sandoval felt the Lord calling him to enter the global missions field. Prior to this, Dustin had been a marketing major focused on creating a career. While looking in his closet, he felt the Lord say that he would make a difference in the world by providing shoes to people who desperately needed them. More importantly though, through the shoes, Dustin would be able to share the gospel with the people he served. From there, Dustin began to talk with his family and friends about how he could turn this calling into a reality. Slowly, God began to open doors. Dustin moved back to DFW where Feet That Move is headquartered. Six months later, Dustin and the Feet That Move team did their first shoe drop in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. The team distributed 350 pairs of shoes and witnessed over 700 people come to the Lord. We are so excited about what the Lord has planned as we continue to seek His vision as an organization. We have a heart to see the physical need of shoes met, while opening doorways to share the gospel and to engage the next generation in the mission to reach people around the world.
